When is the Copperleaf Community Garage Sale?
The sale takes place on Friday and Saturday July 10th and 11th. Usually the most successful Garage Sales start early at 7:00am or 8:00am and go till 2:00pm on Both days.
How can I reserve a space at Western Park?
Western Park in Ponderosa is a First Come, First Served, basis. Get there at 6:00am to get set up!
Are there specific rules for our Garage Sales?
Yes, follow local and state regulations for selling items which would include firearms, pharmaceuticals, and other items that require a license to sale.
Where is the garage sale located?
The Copperleaf Community Garage Sale is held at throughout our community in Copperleaf. We provide an interactive map to help you find us easily as well as bright yellow and red directional arrow signs to help people get to your personal Garage Sale. No, our garage sale is completely free for visitors. We believe in making our community treasure hunt accessible to everyone in the neighborhood.
